We hope you join us as we begin the new year by putting God first though prayer and fasting! You can prayerfully choose what type of fast you want to do. Here are a few suggestions:
- Abstain from food
- Abstain from certain types of foods you choose (processed food, sweets, snacks, coffee, etc.)
- Abstain from certain activities (entertainment, social media, etc.)
